A wonderful home for holiday, visitors of Vienna, older people or for a business trip.
You live in a green oasis with fresh air and peace.
You reach the center of Vienna in 35 min. by car or S- bahn.
The house was built 1982 and renewed 2010.
The apartment is in the ground floor and there is a door out to the garden without step.
The garden is 5.500 m², playing ground, barbcue, tabletennis, etc.
There is a swimming pool 250 m², without chemicale.
Car parking in the garden or in the garage.
You can use 2 bicycles.
In the village you find doctor, pharmacy, bank, supermarkets, tobacco-shop, golf and tennisground, ridingstable, footbath and bicyclepath.
Equipment.
In the living-room there is a tiled-stove, double-bed, teak furniture. libary, sat-tv.
In the dinette there is a hearth, coffepercolator, waterboiler, toaster, ect.
The bathroom is 6,2 m² with bath-tub and WC.
The terrace is 40 m².

€ 420.-- week
payment on account 30%, the rest wenn you arrive.
